We guarantee delivery of gifts, fresh-cut flowers, and flower arrangements within 48 hours (72 hours for rural areas) to the following Ukrainian cities and regions in Ukraine:

Delivery is available every day, including weekends and holidays, and typically occurs between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m. local time (GMT + 2 hours). You can specify - actually we recommend that you do so - the suggested delivery time. Although it is not binding, we’ll do our best to meet your suggestion.

In some situation, the delivery service will call the recipient first to arrange for the delivery.

If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the delivery service may choose one of the following options: leave a note at the recipient’s door/postal box asking her/him to call back to make a new delivery arrangement; call the recipient to re-arrange delivery; leave the flower/gift arrangement with a neighbor and attach a written delivery note to the recipient’s door.

We ask you that the delivery address is filled out completely and accurately, including phone number(s) when possible. If delivery is to a hotel, hospital, etc., please be sure to include the room/ward number and any additional info you think might prove useful.

We do not deliver to P.O. boxes, airports, prisons, etc.

The minimum order total that must be met is $39, excluding the delivery fee.

Order Refund and Cancellation Policy:

1. Due to the nature of the floral business, no refund can be issued if a non-delivery occurred as a result of an incomplete/incorrect delivery address, phone number, or other information inaccuracy.
2. Cancellation: No cancellations within 72 hours of delivery date.
Refund Amount =(Order Total Amount) times 0.9 less (Service Fee). Service Fee is $20.00.
